Personal data collected

We collect the following personal data:

Purpose of personal data collection

Your personal data is collected for the following purposes:

1 – Contact form

The data you enter in the contact form is used solely to respond to your request and, where relevant, to follow up with you in a commercial context. By ticking the consent box and submitting the form, you agree to this use of your data.

Your request is forwarded to our team by email through our email delivery provider (Brevo, based in France). Your data is never sold or passed on to third parties for marketing purposes. It is kept for a maximum of one year from your last contact with us.

2 – Spam protection with Google reCAPTCHA

To protect the contact form against spam and abuse, we use Google reCAPTCHA v3, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited. It is only loaded when you start filling in the form, and analyses your interactions to tell humans and robots apart. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in securing our website. The data collected by reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

3 – Google Analytics audience measurement

With your consent only, we use Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited, to understand how visitors use our website (most visited pages, time spent, type of device) so that we can improve it. Google Analytics is not loaded until you click “Accept” in the cookie banner. No advertising features are enabled and the data is not used to show you ads. Analytics data is kept for 14 months.

Cookies

A cookie is a small text file stored on your device when you visit a website. Our cookies never contain your name, only random identifiers. When you first visit the website, a banner lets you accept or refuse audience measurement cookies; refusing is as easy as accepting, and the website works exactly the same either way. You can change your choice at any time by clicking “Cookie settings” at the bottom of each page. Your choice is remembered for 6 months.

The following cookies and similar technologies may be used:

You can also block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings. If you withdraw your consent, the Google Analytics cookies are deleted.

Transfers outside the European Union

Some of our providers (Vercel, our website host; Google) may process data in the United States. These transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards, namely the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission.

Right to object and withdraw

You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for specific purposes and to withdraw your consent at any time.

To exercise these rights, you can contact us:

By post: GOZOKI, 127 Allée de Tarroc, 47310 Sainte-Colombe-en-Bruilhois, France
By email: communication@sas-gozoki.fr

Right of access

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, and to request the restriction of its processing or its portability.

You can exercise these rights:

By post: GOZOKI, 127 Allée de Tarroc, 47310 Sainte-Colombe-en-Bruilhois, France
By email: communication@sas-gozoki.fr

If you believe your rights are not respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

Security

The personal data we collect is kept in a secure environment, and our team is required to respect its confidentiality. To ensure the security of your personal data, we use the following measures:

We are committed to maintaining a high level of confidentiality by integrating the latest technological innovations. However, as no transmission over the Internet is completely secure, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Legislation

We are committed to complying with the legal provisions set out in the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act (“Loi Informatique et Libertés”). See also our Legal notice.
